Travelers go on vacations to see some attractions that they have never seen before—places that you simply cannot find anywhere else and spots that cannot be experienced every day. Sightseeing is one of the imperatives when going on a trip, and travelers look for a place where they can enjoy fantastic scenery and do some activities while at it.

One of the places that could give you both of these is the Arches National Park, which has the largest concentration of natural sandstone arches in the world—there are over 2000 of them in the park’s 76,518 acres. This is also where you’ll get to do a scenic drive that goes around the park’s most breathtaking attractions. This one-of-a-kind national park is located in the city of Moab in Utah in western United States famous for its many canyonlands and arches great for people who are looking for a vacation of adventure and scenery like no other.

For those who wish to hike, there are many trails to choose from, depending on the challenge you want to take. The easy trails include: the Balance Rock, which is a 15-30 minute walk; the Broken Arch trail, which leads to fin canyons with sand dunes; the Landscape Arch, a 30-60 min walk on a gravel trail to the ribbon of rock. There are two moderate trails—the Park Avenue and the Tower Arch, which takes about 30-60 minutes and 2-3 hours respectively. For those who want to go on a bigger adventure, there are three difficult trails that takes two to five hours to finish. There’s the Devils Garden Primitive Loop, which leads to eight magnificent arches; the Double O Arch, which is a challenging climb that requires a guide; and the Delicate Arch, which goes to slickrock and has exposure to heights.

The kids would also definitely love it here. Aside from the opportunity of seeing the magnificent rock formations, they can also go on short walk to the different arches in the park, so this is definitely a place that the whole family will enjoy.

This place will also delight photographers. The changing light of the vast landscape provides so many types of shots from different angles. Even if you’re just a hobbyist, the photos that you will take here will look absolutely amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The best spots to visit every morning are the Moab Fault, the Turret Arch, the Double Arch, the Cache Valley, the Wolfe Ranch, and the Double O Arch. The best spots for an afternoon shoot are the Courthouse Towers, the Garden of Eden, the Tower Arch, the Skyline Arch, the Fins in Devils Garden, and the Delicate Arch.

There are so many activities to choose from. Guests can do Ballooning, bird watching, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, skydiving, and winter activities like sledding or spending a couple of days in the mountains.

This is a place both for sightseeing and adventures, so rest assured you will have the most exciting time here.
